Can kids come to the experience?

Unfortunately, we only allow persons older than 14 years old. We will be releasing “Family Day”  soon to include young children.

Do you have a dress code?

Yes! To enjoy 100% the experience we recommend you to wear white clothing.

We are a group, do we need to buy all the tickets together?

Pasta & Amore is a dining experience that is designed to share with everyone. We have dining tables for 12 people. Each table has a number, so if you want to come with your friends, make sure that everyone buys for the same table. We also offer the option to purchase entire tables.

Are drinks included?

Of course! The whole experience is designed so you don’t have to worry about a thing. The ticket includes a signature drink on arrival and bottomless wines and craft beer during the experience and dining.

What is included in the ticket?

The ticket includes an appetizer, 3 dining courses, dessert and bottomless wines and craft beer during the experience. The bar stops serving alcohol once dessert service begins.

Can you accommodate food allergies or special dietary requirements?

Yes. Just let us know at the time you purchase your ticket.

Do you offer vegetarian/vegan options?

Vegetarian yes. Unfortunately all of our pastas follow traditional recipes that contain egg, making them non vegan.

Are there gluten-free options available?

No. Unfortunately not for the moment.

Can I bring my own wine or alcohol?

No. The ticket includes the beverages package.

What is your cancellation policy?

This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason.

Please note that as our event is organized weeks in advance based on the number of attendees, we are unable to offer refunds if you cancel. However, we do offer the option to reschedule your session, and we can change the name on the tickets.

This must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your session.

In case of a medical emergency or other urgent situation, we may offer refunds in special circumstances if you request this at least 48 hours before the event. Please note that we will require proof of the emergency, and there is no guarantee that a refund will be provided.
